3. How we use your personal data

- Reservations: When you make a reservation, we will store your details to complete the reservation. When a guest makes a reservation, the parties enter into an agreement which entitles the processing of personal data for administration and statistics.
- Orders: Processing of your personal data is done by means of a contract in order to complete a pre-order.
- Payments: To process invoice payments, we store personal data such as invoice number, name, email address, telephone number, amount, point of sale and order documentation.
- Development of our services: Provide statistics on orders, website usage and send out surveys in order to improve and develop our services.
4. How we share your personal data
You can rest assured that we do not share your information with others in cases where we do not have to due to legal requirements or in connection with legal proceedings. We never forward, sell or exchange your personal data for marketing purposes to 3rd parties. Data handled by 3rd parties, as a service provider, is used only to provide services to our guests.

Generally speaking, we store your data as long as the data is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected.
